I can't make this rally (other commitments) which is a shame as its only up the road, but I thought this advert in our local free paper would be of interest to funsters with young children, DAY OUT WITH THOMAS Link Removed starts on the 10th october. I believe you can catch the the Steam train from Shenton.
Bosworth Battle Feilds is worth a visit and there is a station there also, so you could make a day of it.

Well, as it was initially a little get together that turned in to a meet, he has got pitches for us. I therefore would just go where you are asked to park but just make sure you tell him you are with motorhome fun.
I will be arriving about 4-30 after the kids finish school.:thumb:

All those looking forward to going on the meet this weekend.

We will be arriving at 4ish, so make yourselves at home, get the party started and we shall see you when we arrive. We should/do have use of a barn for the weekend so we can all get together somewhere dry.

No fixed plans and we haven't organised anything specific as we know that us funsters like to make the entertainment as we go along.

I have 3 more vans claiming to be with us that the site know about but I don't. but hey ho perhaps our fun reputation proceeds us.:thumb:

So what ever your doing and or where ever your going this weekend, make sure you enjoy yourselfs.:thumb:

we will be leaving Smoke on Trent at 3.30, going A50, A515, across to Burton on trent, and up the A444.

We should arrive about 4.47 approx, we also have a extra body, one of Chelsea's friends (when will we get a kid free weekend) so if were late its because of the extra weight

Well if you're talking about us, you are leaving somebody else alone
would have loved to meet up, but it's too far to travel for an overnight stay, the big guy has to be at work on Sunday morning
