We're still going round in circles as to what we want to buy, other than it's going to be a PVC, so I wanted to ask what mattress or topper do people put onto a bed they make from a settee?

And where do you store it (along with the rest of the bedding)?

I don't want to get into a discussion of having some kind of fixed bed v a bed from a settee as its unlikely that we'd be going that route for various reasons which aren't pertinent to the question. :)

After visiting and checking sizes the "table top" bed is 90cm wide so the Duvalay option is a no starter, they don't do a 90 cm roll up mattress and zipped sheet.
Just got a 4.5 cm thick topper from Dunelms and will use a single fitted sheet over it. will attach elastic between the sides of the sheet to hold it in place.
Just hope it is comfortable for my daughter on her occasional trips with us.

We bought 2 inch memory foam, pre cut to the size we wanted.
I had one cover made, but we also have put the foam inside a single duvet cover the foam which works well when tucked in.
Really comfortable .

We fold them and store them in IKEA bags under one of the seats in our PVC during the day.
They are easily pushed to fit and don't lose their thickness or comfort from being pushed down into the seat storage.
