Small windows are great. So much space is wasted in many conversions by having big windows where cupboards etc would be more useful. If you want to look at the world you can just go outside.

Amen brother. This was my thinking when going for the smaller windows. I have a unique (haven't seen anywhere else at least) design idea which is going to utilise the two rear doors of the van for our view of the world when kicking back and relaxing.

The great thing about self building is you can build it to your own spec, layout etc to suit you. It looks great, I love the graphics too.

really great thread, lots of interesting topics to come from the interior design to how you get on with insurance ect. will look out for you if attending any meets/shows. looking forward to Part 2 already.
