Wow disappointing to say the least on a new van at pretty substantial cost. I live very close to Tyne Valley and see various vans back and forth along the road as I think they still sub out some work to another repairer in the area.

I think they have an interest in the repair shop at Annfield Plain. Probably own it under a different name.

One of our neighbours has a moho stored there and a date was offered a couple of weeks ago for owners to visit their vans but told no genies to recover low bats.

I don't think so. I queried with the guys working there and they said not.

I know it used to trade under there name. Possibly sold on our split it up for financial reasons. A lot of motorhomes travelling along the A68 both north and south for the last three days.

What are these guys like for storage? Are they any good? The one we were planning to use have now just told us our van is too long At 7.3m

We use South Yorkshire Storage based in Marquis's site at Dinnington. Don't have a problem with them, double barrier entry and exit systems and reasonable opening times. You will have no trouble with the length of your van as ours is 7.38m and there are also some RVs on there.

Do you have an indication of approximate fees and access times?

I think we pay about £450 PA. The opening times vary from summer to winter and also weekends. At the moment they close at 7.00pm, I think it's 5.00pm in winter. Don't know the opening times as I'm never up that early.
