Rally Malvern Motorhome Show Rally

I see I'm on the list twice, sorry, first time I was on list I forgot to book with warners (so they said) so I had to book today, also to tell them that the van has been changed, if you want the new registration let me know.

Just noticed that when you book this rally motorhomefun is not available the list of rallying clubs. This means the club area is full with 150 bookings. If you've not booked this show, you'll still be able to go but you'll be parked in general camping. (y)

Hi Jim we have booked and arrive friday .I see only 115 listed at present is this correct and does it mean we can be in club field or is everyone in general camping field

Petercarole29 The 115 means that there are 35 people who have booked with warners saying they are with Fun and have not posted on here that they have booked and filled in the rally form. I have had a look on the list and cannot find you. If you booked with fun have you filled the form? when you have confirmed @Ambilkate will add you to it. If however you booked and were not able to select motorhome fun then you will be put in general camping.

Not a happy bunny, sent my ticket for Lincoln back to Warner’s after a phone call to them and they said I could change to Malvern for a fee.
After 3 weeks I phoned them and they had not received my letter, this all started on 23rd May.
I have been phoning every week and the people who I need to speak to have either been on holiday or at a show.
Then last week they said I needed to send another letter to them, I did that and had a phone call from them this morning.
After being promised they would keep a place for me on the fun site because of all the hassle, I was told this morning the site is full and I have to go on the general site.
I have paid the difference but not sure what to do, they said I am on the pink site, has anyone got a map and can tell me how far away it is from the fun site.
Sorry the post is so long but I just feel like crying at the moment xxx

Gail have you tried public posting on social media. This often gets results. They don't like the bad PR.

Gail's on our thread list because she posted to put her on if she isn't on warners I'm not sure if they will let her in fun. . :(

@Ambilkate,
They won’t let me camp with you lot but I can still join in the fun. Just going to have to ask if anyone takes there dog for last walk to see me part of the way back.
 
Wanting to book this but can't see FUN on the list ?
