Sorry to hi jack this rally thread love Malvern show but can't make it this year I have second refusal on technos electric bike if any one is going and could pick up for me I can travel 20/ 30 miles to pick up from where they live I would really be grateful( pretty please):cry:.....

Sorry to say that it appears that all of the 150 places on the Funsters pitch are now Sold Out.
You can still pay on-line or at the gate on arrival, but unfortunately you will be pitched up in the General Camping area and not with the Funsters.
You are of course welcome to walk over to the Funsters pitch and join in the Funsters activities.

I booked with Warners for malvern who sent me a ticket with Motorhome fun on it, but I don't know if we will be booked into the Fun area. How do I check?
 
If you had fun on the ticket , you are in the fun area.
you now need to go to to the start of this thread & fill in the form for jim & remember to put how many bacon butties.

Hi all, I was certain that I had booked myself in with the Funsters at the rally, but I cannot see my name there. I still have not received my tickets from Warners and have been told they will arrive end of next week or beginning of August which is not much help when I am leaving tomorrow for a month in my van. Is there any way of checking whether I am booked into the Funsters rally area?
 
Hi Julie, looking back through your postings I cannot find one relating to the Malvern Show. You did post to tell us that you would be at Stratford though. Unfortunately the rally marshals do not receive an attendees list from Warners until we arrive on site the day before the show opens. If you phone Warners they should be able to tell you whether you are pitched with the Funsters or not. If you are going away from home you could ask them to make your tickets available for collection at the gate on your arrival at the show.

I think you should have an email receipt for your booking and that would confirm if you booked with a club
A call to warners would get the answer

Booking forms sent for us and Ace Venturer please add us to list please and both vans arriving Thursday tks. posted on wrong page so please cancel thos message , another senior moment I will post on right page.
 
Thank you Brisey/Andy for your quick response. I will phone them again for confirmation of my request to be with the Funsters, and also ask for my tickets to be left at the gate. I hope I will be with you guys, however, if not, I will drop by and say hello. Lets hope the weather is better than my first rally at Stratford :-)
