I struggle to find let alone understand the rally calendar, but when I checked it looked like it ended on Friday 27th June, based on other comments it now appears to run through the same weekend as the Lyndon Top gathering

"Off topic" for Lyndon Top but Hereford 2025 is currently overfull from the organiser having invited last year's attendees so it's not listed in the MHF rallies section. Spaces available were reduced due to some site limitations from previous years.

The merits of rallies being offered to some funsters first by an organiser, versus say a fastest finger first, or other signing up arrangement was discussed in the thread below (closed by Jim so no further comment).

That's a shame, this is fairly local to us (90 minutes) and would have been good. But the following weekend we are at Hollowell Steam Rally and will be prepping the weekend before. Ahh well, another time.

It doesn’t matter if you haven’t but adding MHF at the end of your registration gives them a clue, but at least half typically don’t and the site is very relaxed

If you have been to Lyndon Top before turn right before the barrier, we will be using the area behind the barn

If you have been recently you will know Susan the site manager, she will be round to check you quick enough

As for cake bring some if you remember, even if you don’t remember bring a coffee over and help yourself and meet others that you may not know yet

Home made cake or shop or even if you forget you will not be judged

F&C will probably be 6.30 on Friday so you might make it in time, but it will need to be pre ordered

This is a very relaxed get together, we might get a game of Kubb going before or after a stroll to the golf club for a beer or two

More details will be posted nearer the meet dates

I will be contacting Oakham Fish and Chips next week to confirm current price for F&C like last year it will be the same for all, cod and chips I think it was £9 last year

If you want bread or peas please bring your own

I will bring salt and vinegar
