Can you put Hils and Glenns down for the coach please? ie 2 places. Do we need to pay anything? Lost track of this.

Thanks for reminding us, we think we will now give this a miss (or make our own way to the iow) and so won’t need to be included on a coach booking.

Please see below the updated table of who is coming on the IOW trip. I need confirmation of those identified “coach?” If they want seats on the coach. Once those have confirmed I can book the coach and work out the cost. At present we ave 44 people and 13 dogs on the coach.
If thoseI am not sure about all want the coach, there is another 28 people and 5 dogs so we would need a second coach

It looks like the best way to book the ferry will be for people to book their own ticket so that they can get the best discount.
It is not cost effective for the coach to cross to Lymington to pick us up, so we will travel as foot passengers and get the coach at Yarmouth. For this to work, those on the coach need to be on the 0845 ferry as the next ferry is too late to have an effective day ( 1000). Coming back we will be at Yarmouth around 1830 so suggest returning on the 1910 to Lymington.
Those that want to stay in Yarmouth for the evening can return later. I will source a dog friendly pub for dinner once we have the coach details all booked up.

Please let me know any special requests for places to visit during the tour. They would have to be dog friendly to suit the group.

Nothing to pay yet. It will be about £10 each for the coach in due course

Evening Mr C, sorry I didn't realise I had put us down for this trip, we will probably not go to IOW, but might change our mind on the day and make our own way, so please remove us from the list (y)

edit - I have just been back over thread and see I did say yes please, would rather now come off the list but if my earlier post causes any numerical issues on the planning we will go or at least pay (y)

Mr C, sorry to mess you about re the coach trip but can you please remove myself and Aly1 ( including our dogs). We have realised that such a long day may not be ideal for our hounds but we will willingly pay.
