I filled my lpg bottles today, at Strensham, and they took more gas than I expected.
Sitting in the van, I can snell gas intermittently. Smell is stronger by the filler cap. But it comes and goes.
I've never had an issue before.
Which way should the valves be to switch off the supply?
I tried turning both each way, but the supply still came through to cooker and fridge.
There is also another valve which I think is the switchover.

Any ideas, as I am Wilding in the van tonight.

I think your picture is of an auto switchover which changes bottles when the one is empty. Do you not have a knob on top of each bottle which you can turn clockwise to shut it off?
