Lower bike rack?

We have a Bessacar E495 with a bike rack which is now too high for us to manage getting our heavy electric bikes up on, is there a possibility that the rack could be placed lower on this model?

Do you have a towbar fitted?

There will be wood strenghtening battens built into the rear panel to spread the load in the rack
Moving it lower will not be a safe option as the rear wall wont be strong enough.
Best option, but not cheap, will be a towbar mounted rack.

Witter cycle ball mounted 2 bikes used once
