We carry a previous incarnation of this little dimplex fan heater. It has 2 settings 1 or 2 kw and can heat our little PVC very quickly when on EHU as we don’t have the battery bank you have. I also use it in the winter layup on it’s frost setting which, for my van, prevents condensation. I would think it might work for you for say 20 mins to get up and get dressed.
