Absolute newbie !
Hi All
I’ve been lurking in the corridor, now a member and Ta Dah ! Owner of a 2001 Hymer B544.
Been out twice in her for long weekends in Derbyshire and Lincolnshire coast and me and the missus are absolutely besotted!

So back from weekend and I’d purchased led replacements for the bulbs ( would like to use sites without EHU on occasion).
All goes well until I tried to replace the fluorescent light mid cabin.
First to admit I’m no sparks, but seemed simple enough, remove the ballast/ starter then wire as per 12v ?
There is a blue and black wire protruding from the cabinet but I can’t get anything on my voltmeter, oh well I think (after 3 hours) I will leave it until tomorrow. Put tools in cupboard, light not working, hmmm, bathroom light also not working.
What have I done? Help !

Thanks Wagoneer!
several on/off switches and all seems to be back on . Temperamental indeed.

Generally best to not turn it on and off (as you've discovered!) as wagoneer suggested. Just turning off the 12v at the panel over the door works for me.

Don't want to worry you but I've heard that the off/on switch on the EBL is notoriously temperamental. Try switching it on and off many times to see if that resolves the problem.

Has happened to me keep switching on and off you might be lucky .

Glad you got it working .
