Finally received our box today ?
We’ve set it up and menu fine but 2 questions
How do I move across on days it just won’t

IV put in our home postcode but do I need to do that we ever we go or just this once to set it up?

Sorry for delay.
Up \ Down arrow moves selection by individual channel
P-Up \ P-Down rocker button moves selection by next \ previous page
Left \ Right arrow moves selection by next \ previous programme
and the one you really asked about!
Red \ Green button moves backwards \ forwards by 24 hours

You only need to enter postcode once as it determines your local \ regional version of a specific channel, eg BBC One Scotland for us. You would be BBC One South West(?). If we were travelling to, say Cornwall we could re-enter a local postcode to change regional programming.

Just one last question, when turning it on it says ‘loading and searching for WiFi ‘
It’s running off my house WiFi atm so what happens on site will it not work?

From memory I've disabled wifi in System Settings as I don't want it to try to connect to our mifi when away in the motorhome. Again, from memory, this disables the loading \ searching message you mention.
If required, you could connect to a mifi unit (if you use one) or to an on-site wifi service (if available).
The unit will still work with no wifi connection as it only uses this to download any non-critical system updates. The unit automatically checks every night(?) for critical updates over air and downloads \ installs these.
Current version of the software is v1.07 released Nov 2019 so would guess your unit will be up to date.
