I would ring them, spoke to a lovely chap yesterday who said I would get a phone call or email today. Haven’t received one as yet, putting it down to pandemic and I am not in a rush. Will call them again tomorrow.

I received an email from them stating that, their website had not been sending any info through and offered sincere apologies. They have now promised to contact everyone over the next few days....?

Paul emailed me straight back this morning, he was the helpful chap I spoke to the other day.
This email worked straight away, they did say they had issues with their email.
