Thanks @Jim & Sian for being wonderful hosts as usual, great to meet Dave @toledo again, hope you van is sorted soon, let us know what was wrong with it. we had an inspirational chat on last day with some of the "Beni crowd" @TheHat was very convincing as he cracked open his can of beer at 4PM saying it was "sun over the yardarm time in Beni"
Thanks to the Funster Band on Saturday Night, it really seemed to bond us all together, with additional vocal support from Dave & Jim
We have just got home tonight as we went onto Cromer Bay straight after leaving on Monday AM, stayed on our first ever CMC site, all very nice and organised, but not a patch on a funster meet.
Campers are missing out so much by not being on this forum, I try and explain the virtues of being a Fun member, but I can see their eyes glaze over, as they need their shower blocks, EHU hookups & white pegs or they are totally disorientated.
Ah well, we love Fun and most of the peeps in it thus far.

Hi Guys
Our first Rally after just buying our motor home 8 weeks ago, What a fantastic time we had. Everyone was extremley welcoming , and we could not belive the effort the organisers and marshalls put into it loved the bacon sarnies so we had to have 2! I did feel very sorry for the marshalls out in the cold on Thursday guiding us in. They even declined a "drop" in their coffee to warm them up! Thats commitment for you! We met some great people, who gave us loads of info, and wetted our appitite for more adventurs, Mrs Packer, aka Paula and Alan cost Lance a lot! All he can say is Cobb! thank you all your advice and for a fantastic weekend. See you at the next one

We set off from Lincoln at 9.10 and should have been home by 11.30 and we were making good time except we got on the M69 and the engine died on us and we had to call the AA aat least it didn't cost anything in petrol but its now in the garage waiting for the news and how much it will cost

A very big thank you to everyone involved in making the Lincoln show such a great success. We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend meeting friends, old and new. Despite the show being smaller than in previous years, it was still a good show with plenty to do and see. Thank you again to you all.
