No bacon butties .... I'll keel over as I didn't bring any bacon with me! :eek:

As for no Fun stand, that' explains why we couldn't find it ... I was hoping to put some money in the Funster charity tin as a 'thank you' for the tickets to the show from the Duffies, does anyone have a link for how to do the charity donation?

Spanish Jumbo valve £5
New bike seat £8

Can be collected from the Silver pvc near the Marshall’s tent?

Morning
Can anyone give us an update on the weather in Lincoln this morning please?
The forecast was for rain this afternoon but now saying all day.
We are now setting off for the hour and half journeys!

28° warm and dry.....but I am still in bed so I can't comment on outside yet
 
Dry and sunny at the moment, warm, might have a shower at 2 and 6 this afternoon. But you can never tell.
 
Hi funsters
It was to great meet up with you all on Friday/Saturday . We enjoyed the Friday night but sorrow to miss Saturday but as Dave wasn't feeling to good decided to head home Saturday afternoon.
We would like to thank the marshals for their hard work and all the musicians for keeping up the funsters tradition of Friday/Saturday entertainment.
A very big thank you for all the marshals who have worked this last year look forward to seeing you next year

After looking at some of the new A class specimens... I noticed that some are very clinical inside..with hard surfaces on the walls etc....

I later wondered.... How do they carry out damp checks?... ?? especially behind the kitchen windows - with all that glass splashback stuck there!...

Back home now from what was the warmest Lincoln show we have attended so far & it was nice to roll out the awning one last time this year leaving the drive-away awning stowed under the bed.
Finally caught up with ludo Rex & Janet.

We are looking forward to next year attending more shows with Mandys new rota we aim to get in the gate on a Thursday before 9pm & I am glad we made it 5 minutes before they locked the gates but should have layed of the JD thou :beerchug:

I arrived home a bit early, but thank you marshalls and every one for really good few days. We had a good night in the marquee not sure how many others enjoyed our rendering of The Lion Sleeps though! Thanks Simon.
 
A great rally, what amazing weather! I hope everyone enjoyed themselves as much as we did.

With retirement looming we hope to be able to attend (and possibly marshal) more rallies in the coming years. Definitely be at Chester, Stratford and Lincoln next year; and Edinburgh if that the Funsters add that to the list.
