The port parking is a barrier entry you can't get out without paying I think it was €12 that was 4 or 5 years ago.

We did 2 nights put ticket in no charge!

I’ll second that, the lakes there are beautiful and the walk is good fun. As long as you are okay with heights. From memory I think it’s wise to book ahead, but I could be wrong.

UK sim in my phone, was using an Aire WiFi so that was showing Spain. Will be picking up a local sim for the router so it will keep swapping.

Where we are stopped must be one of those housing estates that never got built, just roads and lampposts put in.

They use Telefonica network...largest in Spain..(Movistar)

They obviously liked the look of us then. Everything was free and we were there 2 days.

Port parking was €10-15 everytime I was there. But nice free spots other end of town. They have nice parade at Christmas too

My router is on the way from Germany...arriving at my neighbours place today or tomorrow...

We have 3 sims on a contract , 2 used in phones & one in a router ( EE ) we are between houses so no point in a landline just now , I notice our router speed/connection is poor
So could be speed restricted

How did you know.
Went into the Alcampo to get some food to cook, walking back as it was 8pm we were saying can't be bothered to shall we get a disgusting KFC.
Big mistake had to wait nearly ½ hour for it could have cooked the chicken we bought a lot quicker.

We did get a big surprise it was eatable. Last time we had one was Bangkok Station 5 or 6 years ago needed something quick before getting the night train.
