LED burn out, why didn’t a fuse blow?

I use to use cheap LED the quality, colour varied a lot & when you wanted some more the they were not available. I now buy from Aten Lighting their prices have dropped considerable now so not a lot deared than the cheap crap.

Are you sure. 13.5V seems a bit low even for lead acid?
