I have a 2021 Laika A class 3512 DS, Fiat Ducato on an Alko chassis. I noticed that we had a substantial draught from the region of the passenger floor heating vents (rhd model) when coming back from Spain in December. It is most apparent when parked up. I can't see anything out of place and I'm wondering if anyone else has come across the problem.
The remedy so far is to stick two soft cushions into the gap between the bottom of the dash and the floor. I'd rather fix it properly assuming it's not designed like that, as touring in the winter is cold. The draught comes in even when driving so I'm wondering if some piping has come loose or a heater flap or something.
Has anyone else came across this problem and how was it fixed.
