Rally Chat Ladies Meet 2016

Ladies Meet 2016: This is an early heads up for a meet next April 2016 (18th - 22nd) at Lyndon Top Site by Rutland Water.


Some of the ladies on the forum suggested that this might be a fun thing to do. We are not excluding anyone on the basis of gender but the title gives you a clue to the current list of interested participants.

Early plans are for walks and/or cycles around Rutland Water, a possible meal out at a local hostelry, quizzes, BBQ, boat trip etc. Other suggestions very welcome.

As always participants are free to join in any activity or not as they wish.

There will be no electric hook ups. Just water, CDP and a lovely view.

Site fees are £7 per night per unit but there may be a couple of pounds more to pay to cover incidental expenses. More on that later.

The dates have been chosen to follow on from the Peterborough Show which is only about 20 miles away.

Please let us know if you are interested. We'll be starting with a provisional list so don't worry if you need to change later. At the moment we're interested in potential numbers.

Me as well,Easter fall in March, 25, so if the food and drink show is on at Chester ,then Peterborough,then Rutland waters,it will fit in well with me.

Hi I am recently widowed and just starting to try and rebuild my life. I have changed my motorhome for a smaller one and driven it to Norfolk and back for the first time this week. So I am interested in joining this meet possibly.....please.

@Briarose so sorry to hear of the loss of your husband.
How did your trip to Norfolk go?
I did the same as you and changed to a smaller van when I recently found myself on my own so know how hard it is to put yourself out there when you have been part of a couple.
I really hope that you can make the meet as I know that the ladies will be very supportive and we aim to have a great time
