I've boarded up my ladder to repel channel port boarders and others accessing the roof. I use a ladder/platform. My ladder extension is stored at home. Safety first!View attachment 671799

Hi Kups, I eventually got hold of a 2nd hand ladder free of charge from the dealer that supplied the van, it fits both the drop down bed and the fixed external ladder. I'm interested now in the materials that you used to board up your external ladder. Is that a piece of engineers plate attached with cable ties?

It's UPVC soffit board cut to size and attached with cable ties. Good place to put your UK sticker as well.
