Keeping Your Beer Cold

Just seen there are various types available, any recommendations for use in garage on EHU when on site - 12v when travelling.

In my camper I have a 12v cool box on a slide out mechanism, which is on 24/7 it uses so little power.

It will take exactly 2 X 18 slabs of Stella Artois, keeping them as cold as I like, as it is compressor run so will go down to -22* in any ambient temperature. 😎View attachment 630779
You know with the money that cost, you could have got a decent Autotrail 👍🏻

Just run on 12v all the time. If you have ehu it will provide the 12v as well.

All a bit posh for me if it warm I will drink it if it's cold I will drink it we just have a 12v cold box we normally fill two milk cartons with salt water brine freez them for a few days even a week
Put them in the chiller
Nice cold beer usually if we have the coal box on constant there still in a semy frozen stat for a few days.
I also have my old 12v beer fridge if I need it

What make is it and Will it get done down to 2c I like my Heineken cold
I agree absolutely. I don't actually drink much beer but when I do I want it to be so cold it hurts my throat! People who drink warm beer should be banned from the Club instantly! We must keep the standards up!

I am absolutely delighted with our VEVOR 20L portable fridge freezer. It's been sitting there for two months keeping drinks at 5C whatever the weather - 95C yesterday!
£135 well spent.😍

Paradoxically, the 15 years old Dometic PowerFridge is still making ice...🥶
I bought the 50l one and was very impressed with its performance so far.
