Er no - according to Vehicle Smart it is a '92 Sierra, last taxed and MoTd in 2019 so I'm guessing that's not a current photograph.

We were in Dunkirk in September and there were two Clipcars pitched up near us. Interesting concept but looked awfully small

Some, not all, demonstrated skills and tenacity in achieving a vehicular shelter. If only they had considered both form and function they could, just possibly, have created something novel and attractive.
