Just had 4 new Michelin tyres fitted

Now as it happens I also notice that Fiat refer to the use of M+S on a 'camping vehicle' and recommend front 62.5 rear 69 (225/70 R15 C)
The fact they quoted M+S indicates that is a Michelin and thus the two sets of pressures and a more realistic value.

Because if you have them delivered to your house you then have to load them up and take to a fitter.
Probably better using the Asda service.

Even quick fit only charged me £10 each when I took two of my tyres there

I just paid £496.4 for 4 off 225/75 R16CP 116 Agilis camping. That's fitted and balanced with disposal. Tyres were £114.10 each from mytyres and £10 for my local tyre place to fit them.

Just ordered 4 from my mate who owns the local tyre depot always does me a good deal as he used to service my trucks when I owned them.
Michelin Agilis M+S Camping 215 75R 16 £104 fitted and balanced.
He'll check the middle axle for me on Monday as those still have masses of tread the middle axle doesn't wear anywhere near like the front and rear.
Result eh!!(n)(n)(n)

what a difference asda michelin agilis camper 225/65/16 £160-74 fitted
continental vanco camper at my tyres £128-60 fitted, think it will be my tyres
Seems a big difference between 225/65/16 & 225/75/16 and not to my advantage.

Just had four tyres delivered today from My Tyres, good price and service. Unusual tyre size ordered Monday, delivered today from Germany.

yes 65's will be a much smaller production run at Michelin presumably hence their premium price but still £500 delivered for four from Camskil is very competitive and I found it quite easy to find a local fitter who is happy to do £10 per wheel so £540 if you can be arsed taking delivery and humping them about. (I did for mine but not that size)
I bought last year when £148 was good for 75's delivered plus fit

Just checked my tyres again before having new ones fitted tomorrow and realised the spare is the original and 14 years old.
So ordered 2 more plus 6 steel valves and will keep the 2 off the middle axle. Have one fitted on the spare and keep the other as a back up just in case.
6 New Michelins Agilis Camping M+S £624.00 fitted.(y)
Planned 10'000 miles at least this year so should be good to go new tyres new front springs and cruise control bloody van like new.
No wonder I'm always skint.
