Rally [Jul 10, 2015] Cheshire Steam Fair 10th, 11th 12th July 2015 (Warrington)

Tickets arrived for the Cheshire steam fair should be a great weekend weather permitting see you all there
 
Just got back from Benidorm and my ticket's were waiting to be picked up off the floor.

Well we have booked (fashionably late) and put our names at the top of this thread so hopefully the tickets turn.

Bacon Butty's well of course, red sauce please.

Sauce????? Bit too Gordon Ramsey for us.
 
We have spoken to the organisers and the earliest entry is midday,however to give us time to sort out our "bit of field" could I ask that nobody arrives before 1pm. If you make good time or set off early etc. pull over and have a cuppa because until sorted we've been told early entrys will just be put in general camping.
Anybody not on the list could you let us know,thanks.

List thus far as far as I can make out.

just had a look at the rally site and seen where it is, Thinking I might go there on the Tuesday if thats ok?

Can't wait for the entertainment you've laid on Mike, hear you've got steam engines and vintage cars coming!! amazing.

How will I recognise you? will it be the fluessent jacket?

You know Tuesday is NOT allowed, see you all Friday about 9 o'clock errrr SORRY after 1 ish.

So fed up, got Amanda nearly in tears. We realised at the beginning of the week the van needed to have Mot done if we were gonna be on the road for a few weeks so booked it in Wednesday just gone. Anyway they found the front near side wheel bearing had gone so much so they said it couldn't be moved . So they promised to get it done for us today. Now they have said they are having probs getting it out and will do their best for tomorrow :( So don't know what time or day we will be there we are hoping they will do it for tomorrow but who knows. Wiiill get in touch with organisers as it states on ticket no one would be allowed in after 10am on show days :(

Well that was short and sweet. Lots to see from long ago. And the biggest junk shop in history.

Thanks Drago35, a meet with a difference.

But for me, sat there with slow internet, the call of MotoGP was too much so oft we went. Qualifying is good and I expect sparks to fly tomorrow.
 
Well done @drago35uk , great rally and really enjoyed something different to the normal boring motorhome shows. Amazing amount of junk and the amount of times them enthusiasts must spend is amazing.
 
Thank you Mike & Carol @drago35uk such a good weekend lots to see and do, great Bacon Rolls, good company what more could you want (y)
 
Just home, rain all the way so pleased I gave the van a bit of a clean and polish over the weekend in between looking at the old relics of the past, and some steam engines.

Thanks Mike and Carol @drago35uk for organising it and everybody who attended, for a great couple of days.
