We spent a month in Bosnia and Herzegovina last year and absolutely loved it.

Thanks for the encouragement! We're thinking of a short foray - Plitvice Lakes into Bosnia to visit Sarajevo & Mostar then out again to go to Peljesac Peninsula - any particular recommendations/top tips very welcome!

The tour of the lakes will probably take less time than advertised, unless you get stuck behind hordes of Japanese taking selfies.

Autocamp Blagaj( beer/wine in bar nearly always ' on the house') 5 minutes walk to bus for Mostar

Camping Sarajevo 10 mins walk to station for Sarajevo (pay on train)

Autocamp Icamp .( Help yourself to beer) Walk to the Sun Pyramids

Camping Jablan, bus outside for Banja Luka.

Autocamp Jajce in the centre of the touristy town.

Vodaphone Balkan SIM worked for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Albania
