Hi all
After searching the forum for a 12v fan, I saw that endless breeze had recommended quite a few times. It seems that I really missed the boat on that one. After much tenacious searching I found MeacoFan 650 Air Circulator. (Fairly new on here so no link added as I didn’t want to break any rules!) If someone gives me the nod, I will be happy to.
We paid £87.50 for ours. It can be used with usb or plug, we have been very impressed by it.
- Very quiet, low energy, automatic left to right oscillation, manual tilt up and down.
A quick google will bring up a bit more blurb.
Just thought I would post for anyone looking for a decent fan.

Nodding, stick the link in and even a youtube video link if it helps anyone (unless you own the company !)

Hopefully I have managed to provide links! There are other sizes available. I found the Meaco 1056 originally but looked too big for our van.

I stayed overnight at daughter’s house in the recent hot weather. The bedrooms upstairs stifling but they had a Meaco fan. It was wonderful, so quiet that could leave it on all night. I immediately bought one for home but is is the larger one. I imagine the smaller one would be great in a MH.

They had the 10 inch Meaco on working display at Costco when I was in. Around £85 from memory. Felt pretty powerful.

I have two of the small Meaco fans in the MH and the large 1056 Meaco at home, wouldn’t swap them for anything, best fans I’ve ever had. I think I got them at a discount by buying refurb on their web site.

Thanks very much for the heads up on this - we got one and it’s brilliant in the van, currently in Spain. The big advantage is the USB option, so will run off a battery bank. Quite bulky but very effective.

To be honest I wasn't a fan of the Endless Breeeze (pun intended 😉), it moved a lot of air but I found it far too loud to leave on all night.

For sleeping we have a couple of these USB/rechargeable fans stuck to the wall by the by the bed:

After much research we got this one. A bit dearer but worth every penny. Will move curtains at the far end of the van, rarely have it on full power. USB charging, clip on/stand 8"

During this recent hot weather I had the Endless Breeze fan on all day in my living room, drawing 14W from the 12V socket on the lithium Portable Power Station. Even on the lowest setting it moves a lot of air. So glad I bought it at one of the outdoor MH Shows a couple of years back.

My bedroom has a whisper quiet 230V fan that I think was from one of those Coopers catalogues. I can leave that on all night and sleep well.

We use a small evaporative air cooler via an inverter. It can often feel too cold so we usually have it on low and turn it off later.

Very happy with this rechargeable unit - out of stock today but there are similar on Amazzon. Not as big an air mover as endless breeze though.

I have that one for the Pups, clip it to the table and aim it down to their beds and it keeps them cool👍

I use the Medco Fan in my PVC and have done for nearly two years, it is a super fan and packs some power, I have never needed to go above level 3 and it goes up to 12. It is great as you can run it on mains, battery and even pocket power banks and it is lively and quiet too.

I also have two of those from Amazon, not cheap but brilliant. Blasts across the van and been a lifesaver over the last few weeks. However, you need to be super strong to open the clips 😄

caframo sirocco 12 v fans. Quiet, programmable, three power settings, multi directional and use very little power. Kept us cool on our boat in the middle of the Greek heat wave in 43 degrees. Haven't fitted them to our van yet as we are normally on our boat in the hottest months of the year. Not cheap, prices vary between £110 and £140 depending on the retailer so shop around. A quality bit of kit, used for the last six years with no issues.

Seriously, do it. We use them every day for six months a year on our boat, for the last 7 years. Never had a failure. They are worth every penny, pretty much fit and forget.

Mine looks identical but is badged as Opolar and only three speed.

I've had it a good few years, USB charged, silent, lasts all night, sits, clip, wedges everywhere so know storage issues. Moves enough air for one over the bed!

A look alike is still available on Amazon, as a different brand for £15.99;

Shopping around for a portable motorhome fan. I see the Meaco is getting more votes here, anyone knows how it compares to this brand, Morris?

The Morris is detacheable and can be mounted on a motorhome wall. A feature i think will help me save on space. Let me know your thoughts.

Mine is also Opolar. The lookalike you mentioned is only 100mm v 200mm for the Opolar. It is also sold as a pram/stroller fan. Attach the Opolar to a stroller and it will tun it into a microlight.

I know this thread is a few months old but what do you think of the Boundless Breeze. You can get them on Amazon uk now. I am very annoyed, we’ve had an Endless Breeze for years and in a senior moment today Nick has taken it down the tip. He remembered this afternoon and I whizzed down but it’s long gone.
