It should be reliable, as long as it's got no German made parts.

2016 we went on a factory tour at autotrail, on the tour was 2 Chinese engineers, they made notes of all the sealants and glue specs and anything else used in manufacturing. The tour guide was concerned about the amount of information they collected.
I'm not surprised he was concerned. Many moons i was inspecting a suppliers site, they were making one component. Then one day they were on a tour of our facility unrestricted access and cameras out. A year later i was invited to a meeting at the suppliers facility by a sister company, they tried to exclude me from the site but as it was a customer complaint and i was the company "expert" i was allowed in and watched like a hawk and not permitted in certain areas. Yes it was obvious they had used many of our specs and techniques but had obviuosly talked to our engineers and operatives because with a clean sheet they avoided many pitfalls and implemented Stuff i would have. They also had one area and some nice ideas that i could see why they didnt want me there and camera certainly wasnt allowed. Yes they were now well and truely our competetors making our product and supplying to customers in our group.
