Buying my first moto
Exp
I'm a newbie
Hi everyone. I am looking to buy my first motorh9me (used). I've come across a dealer called Universal-motorhomes.com. They seem to have a lot of motorhomes for sale at great prices. My problem is that I cannot find their business on goole maps ot in the normal Google search results. The only place where they appear is in yhe Google ad's. Does anyone have any knowledge if this company? The address given on their website is located in Oxfordshire, has anyone bought from them?

There is a regular similar scam on EBay, where there are only 2 photos, 1 is a historic photo that has been cloned, the other gives the contact details. You must contact them using the email or phone number in photo 2. No reply will be given by contacting through eBay. The starting price is usually £1900 with a buy it now price way below market value. There are usually 1000+ items listed under sellers other items! I run a constant battle with eBay as they will not disclose what they have done claiming GDPR, all I know is that they remove the listings which range from quad bikes to ex military vehicles with MH in there as well.

It is, without doubt, a scam. Previously called LAZEE DAYZ LEISURE LTD

Look this one up, and see how many companies with a similar name, registered all over the place.

Also - just look at the advertised prices, of pictures 'stolen' from other dealers - obviously a scam.

Looks like they need reporting to Action Fraud.

There phone number rings, but is unanswered after 12 rings - maybe because I withheld my number?

I've reported to Oaktree.

I’ve just read a post on Instagram from Essanjay Limited confirming this company is bogus so please don’t use them.

Putting the scam aside, isn't it brilliant that an OP can share the issue and within a short time the MHF forum has made a thorough investigation even down to a satellite image of the scammers mansion?
It would probably cost a few £1000 if you engaged a PI to look into the matter.

They’re at it again, this is what I mean.
