Is this jar full? A life lesson

The thread about toilet paper volume in a cassette brought to mind this eloquent philosophy teacher’s lesson.

I was impressed.

The only problem I can see with the metaphor analogy is that I’ve too many gold balls in my life… they don’t all fit in the jar!

I may have to downgrade some!

I get the theory, but what happens when you don't have many golf balls in your life? Or even pebbles, for that matter?

Exactly. But, that means the not-so-fulfilling things, the fleeting things that have no lasting impact and a greater feeling of not being connected.
