Is there a better view from an Aire/stellplatz?

Watching goats at play is one of lifes great pleasures :).
that one wasnt strictly an aire , its a france passion but anyone can park there as its a farm shop thing they sell goat stuff and eggs and honey(y):)

Always half full when it’s beer.
But that means you still have not had any. While if it is half empty, you've at least had half a drink. I study Confucius. :)

This was our pitch in May this year.

It’s near a Lake in the Pyrenees called Estaing, about 15 miles past Lourdes.

Hi
For any Funster who prefers a site, there is the Site "Parc Natura",just down the road, before you get to the Lake. This is a super site,NOT knocking Ovalball. We were in a C/van when we were there,so could not park up at the Lake.
It is an area that IS as good as the photo suggests...GO!!

Lac d'Estaing in 2014.
Not an aire but a lovely spot to wild camp.
Last time we were there, 2017, they had put 'no parking' signs along this part of the lake.
There is a campsite by the lake and just down the road in Estaing village there is the excellent Camping Natura.
Le Tour passed through Estaing on the last stage in the Pyrenees last Friday.

Richard.
