Is Romania realy that bad ?

It's just personal experience. In other parts it is said its OK but I went to the Black Sea resort and definitely would never consider returning no matter what the temptation.

My mother went to the Black Sea resorts years ago,,she loved it and returned many times..Just shows how we are all different,,BUSBY,,

Hopefully changed massively but still no way I'd consider going back after such a horrendous experience
