Is it possible to remove the clear 'skylight' for cleaning from inside the Motorhome? I'm unsure which model skylight this is.

You just remove the two pins in the handle, pinch the ends with narrow plyers and pull or push out same procedure with the two bigger pins in the hinges.

Yeah just did this to fit some seals five minute job

Just nudge them out gently they are quite long and can get brittle

Don’t believe that model shown is gas strutted.

However plastic gets brittle so care removing the pins is essential.

I now carry 2 of these spare, after one failing and a bit of a pain to secure when driving. Cheap spare to carry and why have I got 2, well tis age you see and I had forgotten that I had already brought a spare, so now I have a spare spare

You'll be fine not sure if you can buy the pins separately but I had the same thought as you. If by any chance you do break them you could easy make something up to replace them like coat hanger wire or the likes

I believe you can buy them but last time I looked they were not cheap.

On mine, it was the tangs that make up the hinge bracket that were the weak and brittle parts, but only on the vision panel side, so a straight swap of just the lid could be undertaken.
