But I cannot see any evidence of a Reversing Camera.

I wouldn't as a solo traveller reversed into the space, and the picture doesn't reveal what reversing out of the space might entail.

If there’s no other car vehicles wanting to park could be okay, but if not this type of parking frustrates other users and as in many cases results in a ban on motorhomes.

It's a pity that the local council have unhelpfully placed rocks that impede parking with your rear end over the grass. It's surprising the number of places that have deliberately semi-hidden parking hazards.
