There is a big difference between 100mm and 4" PCD. One does NOT fit t'other.

I didn't say they did. It was meant to read as either/or.You can get 13's in either.

Be very careful with 400x8 as there are very different load/speed rating versions available. Its OK if you fit the hi speed type on a wheelbarrow but not so good the other way round
