Fiat Integra 635LS
Hi all,

I have only picked up our new 2005 Eura Mobil Integra 635LS. When we went to view it the week previous I checked all the electrics to which everything was working. Battery voltages were ~12.8V for B1 & B2, but when we left the previous owner left the control panel on with lights and TV on. When we picked it up and brought it home I noticed the CBE 31800 control panel showed 0V for B1 & B2 and the amps was -9.4A. internal and external temperature are 0.2 and 2.5 degC. I charged up the batteries and they are now at 14.3V but the control is reading the same 0V and -9.4A and nothing will switch on. I see in the manual that the controller switches loads off at 10V.

Has anyone else had a similar experience and if so what was the fix?

Thanks in advance, Ian.

Try holding the power on and prog. button for 10 secs. release and repeat , it may reset the control panel .
If that does not work try contacting www.apuljackelectronics.co.uk who may be able to advise you as there could be a capacitor that has discharged in the control panel.

Excellent, I'll give that a shot in the morning, thanks!

Hi so I tried that this evening and to no avail. The buttons for the voltages, current and temperature don't work now, so I think it's the whole unit that's on the way out!

It was worth a try , time to contact Apuljack to see if they can help , unless you have someone who could check the display/control for a possible faulty supercapacitor causing it not to power up. (as , I have been told , can happen in some CBE control panels)

So the internal battery is at 800mV. So hopefully once replaced should sort it out!!

Hello.
I have just, within the last week joined the group and noticed that you were having problems with your CBE 38100 control panel.
Did you manage to rectify the problem?
I ask because my Euramobil Activa is fitted with an identical unit and I’m experiencing problem with it and having great difficulty in trying to sort it out.
Kind regards, Steve.
