ID mobile users...

Off to Spain next week, and bought a 100gb package for my mifi from IQ mobile (see previous threads about them). But I have an IDmobile (very different company) in my phone, with 100gb data. Previously, it was restricted to 25gb roaming. But I just found this:

"Use Your Full UK Data Allowance at No Extra Cost!

From 1 October 2024 and until further notice, all customers can use their full UK data allowance in Roam Free destinations*, at no extra cost! We’ll notify you when the promotion ends and when the 30GB Roaming data limit is reinstated. Have a great trip!"



Thought I'd let other ID mobile users know...

We’re both with ID, as my contract is an older one I was able to use my full allowance abroad which is unlimited. I’ve used it a few times and abused it during the Euros with no issues, OH has 100gb so that’s handy for our upcoming trip.

Have iD mobile in my phone and router for over a year. I have never been charged ctra and always go well over the limit every time we’re abroad!

I’ve had an ID mobile sim in my router for 2 years so I get full allowance abroad and can’t fault it.

It would be nice to get in on our 2 iphones as well

Using it in my phone in Spain this last week, watching UK TV no problema. So would presumably work in mifi also?

I’ve been using one all last year and this in my Netgear M1 router, can’t fault it
