Iboost micro router Poe patch lead (2 Viewers)

There is an eBay seller selling used iboost pro db kits . The micro routers Poe out which powers the head antenna require a patch lead supplied by the seller with the kit because the switch in router can go faulty anyone know what these powered Poe leads are? And would you think these would be reliable?

Is it not a standard ethernet cable? I have a dead D8 and you can have the cable if you want.
I'm about to put a post on asking if anyone has and old setup they want to sell.
