Evening,, I was a bit bored this morning, so I moved a load of crap and took a few pics of Helga,, Excuse the crap in the later pics , I shall clear and retake soon,, but i think they give you a fair idea of how she looks, and is set out!

the extras in the pics. Bathroom privacy screen, extended worktop, extra shelf and 240v plugs were all added by previous owner,, oh and the hiddencupboard in the bathroom behind the other mirror!

please remember, she’s 20 ( nearly). And I have lived in her for over 4 years!! Enjoy,,,

yes mate,,, I actually got her in a garden centre on the 11th December! If I remember rightly,, I think I got the ferry to Spain a couple of days later! Lol. Time flies mate!! Xx

prices have held well the last couple of years with some going up. the B.... bollox has meant a lot more people buying second hand vans as first timers

do a search on what similar vans are selling at, you will be pleasantly surprised by the numbers. the minor issues you have mentioned will only cost a couple of hundred to have sorted retail. but a man with only basic diy skills could easily fix it for very little money. with your skills, they are easy tasks when between site jobs

I used to make a nice little side income buying and selling vans and caravans just like yours Ian. pick up the bargains for cash, prep them for sale with any repairs and a good clean, then sell them on at just under full retail. Nice fast turnaround usually and plenty of happy buyers looking for a nice van

just don't be too desperate to sell mate, as you will be giving money away

I realise that bigun,, but to be honest, when I get the flat, I’m going to need the dough mate! That doesn’t mean I’m gonna give it away, but a good offer sooner than later will be fine by me! If I say £12,000 bottom line, I’d be happy with that, now,, that means that a genuine funster buyer could get it at a good price,, spend a few quid , if they wanted, nothing is urgent, everything works ok, and they then have a bit of equity,,I get what I originally wanted, they get a deal,, it’s a win win!! That’s how I see it anyway! Helga has done me proud mate, I’ve had a great time in her,, She needs to be worked though, not say about in a field! Xx

Go to motorhomes for sale click on new thread type your advert then at the bottom of your ad you will see attach file that will allow access to your photos click on the pics you want then click on full image job done.

My thought as well, I know you don't need my advice, but don't you think you are burning your boats a bit quick, you havnt got the flat or the job yet, you have your grand to tide you over Xmas, I would say wait till you see if you like the flat and job, and the van will sell better in spring in any case.
