Devon, up to yesterday it was like being in Spain. Yesterday Tuesday, a bit cooler. A heavy shower or 2 on the way back to site from Porlock Weir and other places North Devon. And a few during the night.

To the poster who suggested calling in at "The Union Inn" at Denbury, we did last night. What a lovely setting in a beautiful village. Unfortunately no beer i liked the look of and fully booked for food. Had a pint on the village green in their tent (can't spell marquete). Ta

Catching up on here to the sound of rainwater running down the drainpipes.
Weatherwise don't think it's been a bad year.
Luckily all the family have stayed fit and well
Every think else has been a crock of sh1t.

Thanks Robby, likewise the water is running down our drains too. Went out this morning in shorts and sandals got wet feet walking on the grass will have to go through the wardrove today to find some more substantial clothing. .

Weather not promising in Old Sodbury today, might be time to clean out all the gutters ready for the down pours, how depressing. Managed to mow the field yesterday in a little drizzle, looked at it this morning and the autumn leaves are falling big time now. Hey but cheer up everybody, it could be snowing.

I'm still trying to find out whether it's motorhoming, old age or something else that makes so many on her moany, groany & miserable
