I bought an 18 year old "Shed"..!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you check everything Mo, cooker, fridge, heating, taps, water heater etc etc

It really does look in excellent condition for 18 years old.

Yes, Paul....

He went through everything and flashed it all up...

I may be wrong but looks like most of the heating and water controls etc have been updated to modern ones...

The old feller was fastidious about everything being right and proper... (y)

The only thing`s I could fault was a small hair crack on the toilet seat cover and another which hardly shows beside the sink.. and it may be me ...but all the plastic in the bathroom/WC/shower looks to be a little yellow`ish and not pure white.. :(

I could always give it a coat of brilliant white emulsion...:rofl:

lovely van Mo in super condition, well done (just watch those inner wings) (y)

by the way, I thought you had retired, then you go and buy a bloody ice-cream van. Does it still play the melodies when you put the brakes on?? :roflmto:

If I had listened to all the doctors and specialist`s 7 months ago....

And even to this day they don`t know how I am doing it..

I should not be here..

Gonna see them all in hell before I pop me clog`s... (Famous last words.. :Eeek: :giggler: )

Well done Mo.

Judy is not going to let you use it as a shed. She will want it kept spotless and you'll have to have your meals outside so you don't mess it up.

Love to you both. Have fun.

Nice choice of motorhome. I looked at a few of those and the Clubmans before buying the Rienza. That age of Autosleepers were well built. The electrics were simpler and less prone to problems.
It’s always sad when they stop being used for health reasons. Our Rienza was bought by a retired couple but never used and stood for nine months when the owners wife was taken ill and confined to a wheel chair. They even had a tow bar fitted to put the wheel chair on a trailer.
The 1900 engines were not motorway flyers but will plod on comfortably at 60 all day. Our Rienza is 2.4 and is never pushed above 60-65. What’s the rush any way, the scenery can be enjoyed more at that speed.
Happy travels .

Nice to hear your back Mo, not met you yet but had many conversations where you were the topic. Hope to meet you soon somewhere. Regards to your missis even if she does fart a lot.

It’s got a roof rack,.... can’t Judy sleep up there if she farts too much....😊

Looks good, I’ve been looking at them if the Hymer sells....🤔

don’t let it sit on the drive too long..👍🏼

Nice one Mo, if you want a site to give it a try out, Paxton House has a little site in the walled garden. Its about 5 miles north of Berwick so not far to travel <Broken link removed> we had a couple of night there last year, some nice gentle walks around the grounds.

somat else fir you to fettle mo now the house is finished. Just take it steady when going somewhere, stop a couple of times to overnight enroute and you’ll be fresh as a daisy. Great news.

Jealous now. It might be one of the ones I was looking at. Exactly what I wanted, probably at the price I wanted to pay, settled for a rather older Amethyst [Talisman on a Transit chassis] which was literally just up the road. I'll be happy to spend on it as it's a good solid machine with the 2,5 diesel.

Looks good old fella, we had the Autosleeper Executive & it was a charming wee motorhome.

Here's wishing you the good health to enjoy your new "shed".

Nice van. I'll second Paxton House. Use the walled garden campsite often. Nice tearoom and toilets now open. Lovely walks and working water wheel.
