Nothing dirty about it (unless that's how you like to 'dabble' with the birdies!), I've got this vision in my mind of you being dragged behind it like a chariot behind horses! :giggle:

lovely van Gary, but make sure it is serviced well, with the clutch fluid changed properly. Just renewing it via the combined master cylinder does not work. It is a pain in the arse job for most mechanics so they don't bother

Think he may have been abducted 😳😳
Strange lot from Shropshire, bit like Norfolk but they do have a few more teeth.

Hopefully he will escape and give us an update.

They have teeth in Norfolk, but each family shares a set

I got back at 3am so I’ve not been up long and catching up..

It drove very well and a lot quieter then I expected and the 3ltr definitely is a different kettle of fish then the 2.3 I had and like others have said it pulls like a train.

Not had a chance to have a really good look until later as I’ve got to pop out but I’ll update some better pictures…

My plans for more solar has has increased 100% as when I looked out of the bedroom window this morning the one that was on there has gone..😱

Never heard or noticed a thing, my only hope is that it came off late last night while nothing was behind me..

Laters…😎

Was it fixed with plastic brackets?

It looks smart, nice colour.
Yup - I wonder if the seller secretly removed it as it would have belted the air con unit on it's way ... perhaps a phone call is required.

Looking at that pic I'm sure he would have heard it if it had gone flying off unless he was asleep.

Sounds very suspect, unless you were coming back at warp speed I would say someone’s removed it although you should be able to see if it’s been taken off or fell off.

It makes me wonder if anything else is missing ... you need to have a really good shuftie Smiffy.

It was definitely there because when I stopped for dinner I could see over it sat in the diner at the services, and from the bedroom window I can see a scuff on the AC and the wire is pulled out of the box trunking… I’ll get up there this afternoon and have a good look…😎

Most panels that fly off are fixed with plastic brackets, you have to use the correct PU adhesive on plastic, as you just found out.
I would never use plastic brackets for solar panel fitting.

Nor will I, when I come to install new panels I’ll get some Ali angle and make some..😎

Also found it has a cat lock fitted, that’s a result, he also gave me a blow-up vango drive away awning and a new spare starter battery as he thought it died but it was the alternator, so a recent new one fitted…😎
