Hymer Zenec No Sound

Hi all
Have been having a problem with Zenec radio/navigation system - no sound. Second time this happened. Have tried rebooting by holding on/off switch down and resetting to factory settings but no luck. Travelworld resolved first time but hoping for some Funster pearls of wisdom. Best wishes Paul

If it is like other units that have the maps loaded on the SD card you will have to buy a new card they are around £175.
