I bet, at £30,000, it will be better value and last longer and have less problems than many more modern vans of the same price being sold by dealers today.
I would not sell my 1987 Hymer 660S for that price because I would find it nearly impossible to replace it with a van that suits me as well as it does.
The price of something isn't the same as its value.
