I need a new microswitch for the bathroom tap in our Burstner moho.

I know the tap is a Reich Vector, however how do ~I tell if it is a Vector E or Vector S?

Does anybody know if this microswitch will fit?

looking into this for you show me that the S and the E are different size taps.

Thanks to Landy Andy I now know the correct tap... my other concern it that I may have to remove a lot of panelling to access the underside if the microswitch cannot be replaced from the top.......

In my limited experience of taps with switches, it is often the wire not the switch that fails. Normally very close to the switch where it flexes. You may be able to just take basic parts of tap off, pull switch up and rejoin wire, test, rebuild tap,

Stripped the tap down and both wires broken on micro switch.

Cant open the micro switch to reconnect the wiresā€¦.

Looks like I will have to remove all the panelling and wash hand basin to get access to the underside of tap for connecting the replacement micro switchā€¦ Going to be an absolute pig of a jobā€¦ Grrr

Why not do what I did when my 3rd microswitch failure happened, and change all the taps to pressure system. Just buy a Whale pressure sensor and change the wiring by connecting the two wires at the tap together and wire in Whale close to the tank. The submersible pump will still work. Only need to do it on one tap and all the others will work. So no more microswitch failures
