How to cut 50mm2 battery cable?

Of course they would, it will take 30mm diameter, that’s well past the 200mm2.
Well what a hornets nest! Perhaps should have made it clearer in initial post that although don’t want to spend the earth , happy to spend a tenner or so because it will make the job easier and you never know when you might want something similar.- but not for a tool that doesn’t do it’s job and just causes more frustration. EBay seems to be awash with 6” to 10” cutters. So apart from Sasbo’s 10” cutters ( which don’t say what size max cable they will cut) any suggestions for under a tenner? Thanks

This will do the job comfortably, I have a smaller set and still does the 70mm2 cable. Don’t be put of by the description, it has plenty of capacity.
