How much gas do you use?

About 28Lt (14 kg) in 15 - 20 days depending if we are up in the mountains. 5000 ft up this morning so heating is on.

Off grid and not worrying about the cost or being cold then that's about our usage as well - 10 or 11 days per 11kg (21 litres) Gaslow bottle.

Top the two cylinder system up every two weeks and we don't run out.

Topped off in Dover 4 weeks ago, back home late November, never had to top it up in the roughly 3 months away.

Benefit of a big underslung tank I suppose, never had to top it up while away.

It'll last even longer this time as the fridge died of thermocouple failure last week in Tarifa.

If you are using Alde heating that's sounds quite low to me.

Does the Alde use more gas than the Truma? I would have expected that water is a more efficient way to transport heat.

My mate has recently got a an e-line Chic he used to be a low gas user he has been surprised how he has been using.
In terms of efficiency probably no worse but as a more comfortable firm of heating it gets used more also you can't have hot water without the heating on.

You can have hot water without the heating on using Alde, well you can on ours, can also boost the temp of said water?

Manually yes but not on the timer.

I have rarely used the timer just the temp settings, but you have got me intrigued now??

We went for six weeks and filed up on the last day in Belgium but we were not empty don't actually know how much we use we just fill up as and when.
and sum times just top up when we fill the diesel tank never gave it any though relay

No not worried about it in the slightest, just never had one last so long, it still hasn't run out

Its seems (on average... I'm using less and less each yr ?)... All UK based...

That may change now that I have another occupant ?.

Put another 15ltrs in today... Not updated yet.. ?

Mostly no EHU ....
