- Not long enough, but a little common sense helps..........
The biggest problem is that many MH owners leave the blinds open during the day whilst out for a walk etc, allowing would be opportunists ( that all a thief is ) to see what on offer for easy picking. I have passed MH and could CLEARLY see phone on dash, windows open, nice jackets on the chairs, the list goes on and on.........................
Then when it come to "time for bed" the average MH owner fails to secure things outside the MH like chairs and BBQ by puting they away, lock the doors and secure the windows etc for the night and wonder why they are the target.................
I put all things outside the MH away when not in use or going to bed. I close ALL the blinds when not in the MH and USE the alarm, I also use the alarm whilst tucked up in bed.
If you leave something out that is of value that can be seen by the world and his dog and it gets "nicked" you have only yourself to blame.
