How do I retrieve a comment that was on the alert bell to a classified add?

A funster from Yorkshire replied to a classified add I have regarding a Wanted thermal windscreen cover for a Hymer. After opening the alert bell, I then closed it to deal with at a later time. The information is no longer available when selecting the bell again. Does anyone know if this information can be retrieved?

Clicking "Show all" at the bottom of the "Bell" drop down doesn't take you back far enough?
