How Busy is France at the moment

Signs today at entrance to Beaune municipal site that it was full for motorhomes and caravans. Only room left for tents

The aire at Montreuil is full. We got the last proper space at 4pm. Mind you the Dutch with the huge trailer and offloaded car taking up 3 spaces doesn’t help.

Busyish at the coast, inland is fine. Always find a place. Not many British about

Our experience so far.
Arrived sept 4th, Arras aire full, so went on to CCP at Bray, half full, moved onto Ypres which was full, but we had booked, next to CCP at La Croytoy, third full, onto Bayeux municipal, arrived sat hadn’t booked, sharp intake of breath by reception, got last pitch. Still at Bayeux a few empty pitches each night since.
